Samples:
Sometimes it is difficult to
get a feel for a product or its true color through a computer
screen. At any time, you may request free color samples of
base card colors. Please use the Contact Us page to email your request
and include the names of the cards you would like color samples
for.
Shipping:
All our cards are packed in
a plastic sleeve, either individually or in sets of 4, and
shipped in a fiberboard envelope or cardboard box. We charge a
flat rate shipping fee based on the dollar amount of your order:

The shipping fee is all
inclusive, there will be no other additional handling or any
other shipping related fees assessed at checkout.
Return Policy:
We want to make sure that
you are happy with your purchase from Note-Worthy. If you
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full
refund of the purchase price (not to include original shipping).
The customer is responsible for return shipping of the product.
Please ship using a carrier that provides tracking numbers or proof of delivery.
Note-Worthy cannot be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
Personalized products are ineligible for returns unless they
contain typos on the part of Note-worthy. We ask that prior to
purchasing a personalized product, spelling, dates, and other
information is double and triple checked.
